The service

Guided AI Workflows provides self-guided software that organizes customer-provided information and prepares defined digital outputs. Outputs may include informational summaries, drafts, checklists, timelines, worksheets, and document-preparation packets.

Not professional advice or representation

Guided AI Workflows and its products are not law firms, accounting firms, financial advisers, brokers, title companies, courts, recorders, or government agencies. The service does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, brokerage, or other professional relationship.

Outputs are based on the information provided and should be checked for accuracy, completeness, current requirements, and fit. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use an output and for obtaining qualified professional review where appropriate.

No filings or third-party action

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, we do not submit forms, record documents, contact third parties, negotiate, represent customers, hold funds for others, or take binding action on a customer's behalf.

Purchases and delivery

Prices and included outputs are shown on each product before checkout. Purchases are generally one-time charges. Access begins electronically, and paid outputs are delivered through the selected web product after required intake is complete. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide information you are authorized to use and not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful material, or use an output to deceive or harm another person.

Availability and outcomes

We work to keep the service available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, acceptance of any document, eligibility for any procedure, financial savings, payment, recovery, filing result, or other outcome.
